YouMatter
YouMatter is our health, safety and wellbeing initiative. YouMatter plans the timed delivery of information, training and resources to support our supply chain and promote healthy behaviours, raise awareness about occupational health risks and encourage preventive measures. The YouMatter programme provides a holistic approach to promoting and educating our workforce by engaging with experts and industry campaigns.
As part of the YouMatter initiative, we carry out activities including our award-winning Get on Board health bus. The bus tour provides us with a platform to promote health and wellbeing amongst our employees and value chain. Many of our workforce work away from home and miss out on opportunities to visit doctors or health centres for a health check. By bringing the bus to the site we allow them to visit the nurse and access a health check.
